Real estate education
Credible know-how, taught plainly, and yours to keep.
FORE teaches the fundamentals of real estate investing: how to read a deal, underwrite it honestly, and decide for yourself. Our students have bought their first properties and co-invested in deals they learned how to evaluate. None of them got there quickly, and we never told them they would.
What we are not
- A get-rich-quick tactic.
- A guru with a secret system to sell.
- A promise of returns, passive or otherwise.
- A funnel for someone else's deal.
What we are
- Teachers who believe credible know-how comes from credible sources.
- A curriculum built on underwriting, not on stories.
- A community of people learning together, with partners who share the work.
- Believers that what you learn belongs to you, the learner.
Useful. Usable.
Content you can put to work on a real deal.
Underwriting first
Every course starts and ends with the numbers. Income, expenses, debt, reserves, and the assumptions behind each one. If you cannot underwrite it, you cannot own it wisely.
Plain language
We explain terms the way a good mentor would across a kitchen table. No jargon used to impress, no acronyms left undefined.
Real deals, real files
Students work through actual rent rolls, operating statements, and lender term sheets, then build their own models they keep after the course.
Learn with a community
We teach alongside community partners so that learning happens with neighbors, not alone with a video. Questions get answered by people who have done it.
Outcomes
First purchases
Many students have bought their first investment property after learning how to evaluate one, walking in with a model they built and understood.
Co-investments
Others have co-invested in deals they were able to underwrite themselves, asking the right questions of sponsors instead of taking a pitch on faith.
Informed no's
Just as important, students have walked away from deals that did not pencil. Knowing when not to buy is the outcome we are proudest of.
Partners
Taught with institutions people already trust.
Yeshiva University
Our founders served as the subject matter experts who developed YU Global's asynchronous Introduction to Real Estate course.
CHYE
With Crown Heights Young Entrepreneurs we have taught live classes for the past several years and offer ongoing mentorship to their students.
Our promise
Learning is in your hands.
We do not hand you a system to follow. We hand you the tools to think: the vocabulary, the models, the checklists, and the judgment to know when the numbers are lying. What you do with them is yours to decide.
Every model you build in a FORE course, you keep. Every recording, every worksheet, every question you asked and had answered stays with you. There is no membership to renew and no upsell waiting at the end. The knowledge belongs to the learner, because that is the only place it does any good.
The future of credible know-how comes from credible sources, and it belongs to the learner.
Interested in a course, a partnership, or just a conversation?
We work with community organizations, employers, and groups of learners who want real estate education without the sales pitch.
